ACTOR // WRITER // DIRECTOR
Sydney is a Chicago-based actor, writer, and director. She graduated magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Muhlenberg College, where she earned her B.A. in Theatre (concentrations: acting, directing, performance studies) with a minor in Creative Writing. Additionally, she studied at the Accademia dell’Arte in Arezzo, Italy, and with the Shakespeare Theatre of New Jersey’s Summer Professional Training Program.
Her training and experience include classical verse, devised theatre, new play development, long-form improvisation, sketch comedy, and acting for the camera. Sydney is a writer for the satirical comedy site The Well-Mannered Grump and hosts the upcoming podcast Tough Love with Volley FM. When she isn't working on a project, find Sydney trying out new recipes from Bon Appétit, forgetting to return her library books, and scribbling in her Passion Planner.
